Relieving Pain. Restoring Movement. Supporting Recovery.
Osteopaths are allied health professionals trained in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints
From back and neck pain to sports injuries, headaches and everyday stiffness, aches and pains.
The aim is to help people lead less painful and more active lives.
We focus on the whole body not just the symptoms.
We use a wide variety of non-invasive hands on treatment techniques and approaches to support recovery and keep you moving well.
That means less pain and better movement in your day.
People present seeking help with:
back and neck pain
headaches
sciatica
shoulder pain
hip, knee and leg pain
Hands-on Treatment:
Osteopaths employ a wide variety of non-invasive treatment methods that can be individualised to your needs including: joint mobilisation, manipulation, stretching, soft tissue techniques, muscle energy, counter strain, and myofascial release, combined with exercise, so you can continue the progress at home.
Osteopaths can also support you with:
Education that empowers - not with fear or jargon, but with clarity.
Restoring your confidence in movement.
Providing insights into habits and daily patterns that might be feeding into your symptoms and help you to make changes that add up over time.
De-stressing and calming the nervous system. Osteopathy may help calm a wound-up nervous system and support rest and recovery.
Avoiding chasing quick fixes. The goal isn’t just to feel better today, it’s to know what to do next time if things flares up.
Care that is tailored to you. No protocol. No conveyor belt. No cookie cutter method.
